sentq
you register these domains using which register module? make sure that your client phone number is added without the country code
Kian
My 2 cents. Do not use WHMCS standard forms. They're not very functional for client/server side validation. I personally use custom designed forms with all the awesome features required in order to properly validate unser input with jQuery (client-side and real time validation) and PHP (server-side one). When everything is right I send all the validated details to WHMCS via API.

razvantugui
Hello, I had the same problem. So, go to customer profile, go to contacts tab and in the right bottom side, you'll see "Phone Number", modify that !

CedricArnouldEM6
Hi, I contacted the customer service of http://www.resellerclub-mods.com, but they were really not conciliant and they didnt want to give an answer. There is no email configured for the current domain, so they can t give a response. So I continue to try to have the response with you. Anyone can help me? I still can not automatically register my domain with reseller club, I continue to have this Error: {telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits} in my log.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 4, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 4, 2016 Hi, In order to see the commands being sent/received between WHMCS and the module, the Utilities > Logs > Module debug Log tool can be used Please enable it, reproduce the problem, disable it again and then copy the data into this thread for us to review. More detailed instructions are published at http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems NOTE: Please remove any sensitive information before posting it publicly here.
