Closed Ticket question

Is there a way to see "who" closed a ticket? If it was a specific staff member or a client that closed a ticket?

 

If there isn't, is there some way to do this?

 

 

Just a simple message or information beside (or below) (Closed) that would say (by "namehere")

Hi,

If the Setup > General Settings > Support tab > Prevent Email Reopening option is enabled, clients won't be able to re-open tickets via email. A template tweak can be made to viewticket.tpl so as to remove the reply box if a status is in a particular status.
