Saving custom fields issue

I'm a developer and I found a bug while I was creating a new module for the system of my customer. Unfortunately the custom fields of tickets save to database after the hook at "TicketOpen" and also are not sent as $vars in the hook. So there is no way to find out what it is. They actually stores on database after the hook since the ticket itself stores before it.

 

Can you give me a fix please?
