Other information Box on Summery reporting my servers IP I have V5.3.10 and just upgraded to V5.3.11

I thought I reported this before but guess I got side tracked until I noticed it again.

 

Seeing a Frauds real IP would be help full to put their IP in the Firewall

Is this a Bug that the servers IP is being reported here is a screen shot of the box I'm speaking of

are you using a wordpress site with WHMCS? my recollection is that the free version of WHMCS bridge doesn't pass the user's IP to WHMCS... only the Pro version does I think...

Yes I'm using a WordPress site with Cloudflare (I have the Mod_Cloudflare installed in Apache) and the WPMUDEV "WHMCS WP Integration" Plugin for Wordpress. BUt that should not effect the reporting of the users IP in WHMCS. As Far as the server the Cloudflare module in Apache reports the users true IP so its not cloudflare.

Hi,

It sounds like you may need to configure Cloudflare as a trusted proxy server in Setup > General Settings > Security tab.

Thanks I did that and a few hours this morning after you suggested it and about an hour and a half ago got another registration from a .ru free email and the same my server info.

these are the IPs I put in same ones I have in my firewall allow list.
