fiznarp Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 Since upgrading to 5.3.10 Client's Profile -> Products/Services page is very slow to load (30+ seconds). Each time I switch to another product on the dropdown or save changes to a product it takes forever. I've had to bump up the PHP and fcgi default timeouts to compensate. WHMCS otherwise loads all other pages very quickly and the server is not under any unusual load. If I select a client that has no products assigned, it also loads very quickly, so I'm wondering if it is waiting to contact an external server or something. My installation isn't very large. They are not queried from the server upon page load. @fiznarp: Which module are you using please?
