[not a bug] Deleting tickets

Hello,

 

When we try to delete old ticket

 

if we go to the last page and select all tickets and click delete

 

we get error

Could not delete file: Filename invalid.

One of the tickets will have an attachment that doesn't appear to be a valid filename. Unfortunately this would mean checking each ticket on that page to find the attachment and then remove it manually from the ticket in the database.
