PayPal eCheck

A client paid ther invoice through PayPal using an eCheck and WHMCS has left the invoice marked "Unpaid".

 

Will WHMCS continue to periodically check the status of the eCheck and update the invoice when the eCheck funds are received and deposited into our PayPal account?

Yes, as soon as the eCheque is cleared it will be marked as paid in WHMCS.
