honesting Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 After the last upgrade to 5.3.6 some customers don't have properly setup State/Region and they have to manually setup again. WHMCS support are telling me that this is because they previously edit the State/Region manually, but never it was possible as I don't let them modify the billing info without sending a ticket. WHMCS Nate Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 Hello, We did include an update and extension of the State/Region definitions. Before that was extended if your customers were from a country that did not have definitions, they entered the State/Region in a text box.
