mod_security issue

NOT ACCEPTABLE!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

 

i am getting this error suddenly from this morning . no api request to whmcs are working now and i am getting this above error as response in every api request.please help me !!

Yes, that's coming from your own server and mod_security. I'd say that you're mod_sec rules were recently updated (automatically perhaps?) and there's a rule in there that doesn't like WHMCS.

 

As DennisMidjord says that's nothing to do with WHMCS. Check your mod security logs for the rule that's being triggered.

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem, if yes please can you share as I am experiencing the same problem too.

What do the error logs for the site say?  It should show what rule is being hit and you can go from there .
