[resolved] 5.2.12 - data feeds stopped working

Not sure if anyone else has the problem, but our data feed for domain prices have stopped working... not sure when it stopped as there have been so many patches recently so will report it for 5.2.12 as its not working on what we run now.

I can confirm this too, all my pages regarding prices have stopped working.

 

Chrome tools show this error.

 

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null

 

My website looks a tad incomplete and it was working on 5.2.10 and 5.2.9

Update, I rolled back the feeds files and started working again.

Confirm too, in our website also the dattafeed stop working and also have a lot of problems.. also whmcs don't answers tickets.. some solution?

I've been able to replicate this issue on my end as well, and do find this to be an issue within the software. I've opened case #3482 with our developers in order to have this resolved for future releases. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated time for completion for this. However, once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here:

We have had client complaints about prices not showing on various parts of our site, ... its a valuable part of the software..... I hope that there is a fix for this soon.

Same thing here, I just put the 5.2.8 "feeds" files instead of the one in 5.2.12, and everything comes back.

As long as the files have been updated after the security patches, I would suggest to not revert them back to old versions.

I confirm as well, the feeds stopped working.

An update from WHMCS Dev Team would be greatly appreciated here!

I too would like to confirm that I have facing the same problem. I have already submitted a ticket regarding this. Hopefully, WHMCS can release a fix soon.

I hope they fix this soon, I believe its a core feature too as it's designed to interact with websites and it causes websites to look broken and unprofessional if not working. 3 weeks since it was reported I would have thought an incremental update would have been issued by now.
