[not a bug] 5.0.7 & 5.0.8 systpl and carttpl not working

A customer of ours just upgraded from 5.0.6 to .7 and now .8 and is unable to change there templates on the fly via the url. It's as though it's ignoring the variables. Has anyone else seen this?

 

It's effecting our plugin which leverages these variables to change the template on the fly.

Not affecting any of the WHMCS 5.0.8 installs we manage for clients

Would you be able to try systpl rather than carttpl. I want to see if that's causing the issues.

I dont have another (completed) theme to switch to, sorry.

For example. If you click any of these templates, they never change. These are known good templates on this server and it never changes.. the cart changes fine.. not the main template:

i have just tried all your links, they change for me, the only ones that "appear" to be the same are feno and modern and the the rest change.

 

There is nothing wrong with systpl you should look at your templates to find the cause.

The customer upgraded to 5.2.7 yesterday and it started working again. He decided he didn't want to wait. I'm pretty positive that there is still an issue with 5.0.7 and .8

Then its not a bug, its been resolved already and they just need to upgrade.
