jacksony
Hi, Can we check, if we upgrade from plesk 11.0 to 11.5, will it affect how the provisioning module of WHMCS 5.17 from working as usual?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 19, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 19, 2013 Hi, I'm not aware of issues with Plesk 11.5 at this time. Provided Plesk haven't completely changed their API then the Plesk 10 module should continue to work.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 25, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 25, 2013 Hi, Please Plesk 10 module was designed for Plesk 10. However as Plesk 11's API was backwards compatible a new module was not required for use with Plesk 11. At this time I'm not aware of any further changes that would require a specific module for Plesk 11.5 either.

OK, so that confirms that no actual testing gets done, you just wait for for something to break on an update and maybe think about fixing it once a few people have their systems break. Very reassuring. But whatever, there are issues with 10/11/11.5, there are numerous threads on this forum regarding the weak/broken/flawed so-called integration with Plesk, but unfortunately nobody at WHMCS seems to think it important enough to update the module. As they all work for cPanel I suppose that shouldn't come as a complete surprise, but it's disappointing none the less.
sweethome
I'm using Plesk 11.5 on WIndows 2012 with WHMCS 5.2 and can confirm the module is a toast.. - Clients are not deleted once product removed. - Subscriptions are not removed - Account terminations has leftovers Justin
