DavidBee
Why bother making this post? Please keep any security concerns between you and the WHMCS staff for the sake of the rest of us.
easyswiss
This is the official bug report section? The whmcs supporters are from india (outsourced)... i think not that they are able to understand this case so i published this in the bug section that a whmcs team member can take a look at this. There is no section "security team" or "bug reports" in the support system. Edited May 30, 2013 by easyswiss
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 30, 2013 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 30, 2013 The whmcs supporters are from india (outsourced)... i think not that they are able to understand No they're not. We don't have any outsourced support staff in India or anywhere else for that matter. As for your ticket, will get someone to take a look at it. DavidBee
Here is the bug section: http://bugs.whmcs.com/ Also this is not a bug but a security issue, so thats why I suggest keep between you and WHMCS staff. First I have heard of WHMCS having indian support, what makes you think this?
And then there was one les
If you have a security issue whmcs has a private forum for help that you could use instead, this way only you and the staff can see the post. That or as suggested, use the ticket system. Posting security flaws publically in this way does not help, but harms all of the whmcs users.

DavidBee
I heard this on webhostingtalk..Sorry. Any chance of a link to the thread?
And then there was one les
Any chance of a link to the thread? I second this, If you have seen a post making false claims it should be able to be responded to by whmcs or a removal request placed. On point though. If you want to know how whmcs handles things then your first point of call should be whmcs, they can best answer your questions.
