tkalfaoglu
Hi there. when I was using Plesk 9, I had overages working fine, people would get billed properly. However, when I had to switch to Plesk 10 (what a mistake!), that stopped. No one gets a peep now about how much disk/bandwidth they use. What shall I do and check? PS: Plesk is calculating them fine - I see emails going out from Plesk to customers about their overuse. However, WHMCS seems unaware of them. Thanks! -t

DougK94
You will need to check with PLESK, It is not a WHMCS problem if PLESK removed this from their API for PLESK 10.
CavalloComm
That's crazy - their API works just as it always has..

And the modules garden module is a completely different module than what's shipped by WHMCS. As stated, the Plesk 10 module does not support those billing features. Plesk 10 module, being that that is shipped by WHMCS.
Janko
...and Plesk 11 module for WHMCS is not planned?
WHMCS Chris
The Plesk 10 module will work on Plesk 11. However it is limited as the Plesk 10 module is, per this topic. We have an open feature request, with minimal votes in comparison to the higher list items to increase support for Plesk 11. I would recommend that you vote for this: http://requests.whmcs.com/responses/full-plesk-11-support
