sufi
Hello, I am new in WHMCS. Can a client make partial payment? How can I set it up? Or how can I do it through admin panel? I need something like: Total price is $100. Client wants to pay in three steps : $40, $40, $20. They want to keep this data in the same invoice. I need to show it like: 1) For the first payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 First Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $60 2) For the second payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 Total Paid : $40 Second Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $20 3) For the last payment, invoice should list: Total Bill : $100 Total Paid : $80 Third Payment : $40 -------------------------- Total Due : $00 Is there any way to this? I need to do this through admin panel, as most of my customers pay offline Thanks.
WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted August 13, 2012 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted August 13, 2012 Hi, The only way to achieve this in WHMCS is to use the Add Funds feature. The client can add funds in the three chunks you require and then apply the credit to the original invoice.
WGS
Hi, For anyone finding this thread today, partial payments can now be handled in WHMCS using a dedicated Partial Payment module. It allows customers to make multiple payments against the same invoice while keeping track of the total paid and remaining balance. It also supports all WHMCS payment gateway modules. bear
Is it really necessary to spam ancient threads with your addon? Threads from 2011, 2012...and in non advertising sections. May wish to review the rules on that. Edited 1 hour ago by bear
