leemason
The Uniform JS module takes the great form styling jquery plugin Uniform and makes it really easy to add to your site. All you need to do is download the addon from the bottom of this page, upload it to your WHMCS in the modules/addons/ folder. Then login to your admin panel, activate the addon module from the menu Setup -> Addon Modules. Select the access rights and choose a theme. THATS IT! the module is now running, go check one of the forms on your site (register.php is one with a select and checkbox on). You should have some really nice form elements. This module is free but requires registration. The jQuery Plugin Uniform is released under MIT license and this addon mearly adds it to your site. module link: http://ext103hosting.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=177
Daniel
Thought I'd give this a try but it hasn't changed anything. I've also tried clearing templates_c and it doesn't seem to have helped.
leemason
sry for late reply, can you confirm you are using a v5 template? and that the theme has the v5 required {$headeroutput} and {$footeroutput} vars in the header and footer tpl files? this addon requires v5 and a v5 compatable theme (which should include the mentioned tags)

Si
Could it have something to do with the fact that you have merged two sites together and the download link actually links to another domain: ext103hosting.com/dl.php?type=d&id=56 ?
Si
I got it. However I had to go to the downloads section of your site once logged in, (rather than the products page you directed me to). It just doesn't work there. Found ti by accident.
