snake
When I change the order form template in the admin it is not rendering properly on the client side, as if some of the css was missing. I have tried clearing the browser cache and even using a different browser.

Lee3155
Are the required template files in the folder "templates/orderforms/TEMPLATENAME" ? If not try delete all templates out of there and freshly place them back in there from the whmcs zip file that can be found in your members area Also is your whmcs url set correctly in the Genereal Settings?
rafique
I have gone through the correct procedure. However, where the option says "Default Order Form Template" there is no option to change the setting, just a blank line

Sitepearl
Download Chrome and right click on your page and go to "Inspect Element", then go to "Console". If you are trying to load CSS in a location that it's not, it will show you there.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted December 6, 2011 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted December 6, 2011 The 406 error is caused by mod_security on your server, your server admin/hosting provider will need to correct it.
