  1. Hello, All images are stored locally on your own file system so it is very easy to swap out any images you do not like. Best, Tom
  2. Yes, we're still around - we just moved our billing software and never redirected the old one. You can access the demo here: http://my.sitepearl.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displaycat&catid=32
  3. Durangod - you get free updates for life, we just haven't had much of a chance to produce a full push-worthy update. We have some changes in the pipe - I'll see about getting an update out soon. Glad you like our product! Tom Sitepearl
  4. For that level of integration, you will have to contact a developer or find a pre-existing bridge. Most integration services will just take an HTML template and mold it around WHMCS. Each WHMCS license is issues on a per-domain basis, so no - you would need an individual license for each site. However, WHMCS will give you a dev license absolutely free that you can use for development purposes. But the dev installation must either be localhost or in a password-protected directory on a production box.
  5. Yes, if the client is purchasing the product from you. The remote server's IP is automatically grabbed based on the IP that the product will be assigned to, and then the cPanel API/FTP handles the rest. If you're talking about a custom, after-the-fact installation (not in your WHMCS), we could create a custom solution for you if you want to contact our sales team.
  6. Site's working fine for me but Firefox is telling me the emoticons on the forums have bad URLs :[
  7. Softaculous does not directly integrate with WHMCS and automatically install the scripts after an account is created. The entire purpose of our installer is to automate the process. We've already sold multiple licenses, so the demand for a product like this is pretty self-evident. Thanks for the interest.
  8. The idea here is that the end-user will never have to touch Fantastico - they just receive a welcome email with a link and a username/password to start blogging, etc. Also, this script allows you to install anything you want as long as it has files, a database, and a configuration file... most script installers don't let you do that very easily. Thanks for the feedback
  9. The Sitepearl Script Installer allows WHMCS-based cPanel web hosting providers to automatically install scripts such as Joomla and Wordpress on a client's hosting account as soon as their account is created. This action hook is completely dynamic in the sense that it can install almost any script with a database and a configuration file. The latest version of Joomla and Wordpress comes pre-configured with the addon download, so all you have to to is install it and start selling one-click websites! Fully automated Create custom scripts to install Joomla and Wordpress comes preconfigured FTP and cPanel API-driven (No elevated server permissions required) Free lifetime updates Order Now: http://secure.sitepearl.com/cart.php?gid=16
  10. Has anyone else had issues using the dropdown menus in the admin area with Firefox 12? When we hover over the menu item, let's say "Clients", the dropdown appears but if we try to select "View/Search Clients", the menu disappears like there's a couple pixel margin between the menu and the dropdown.
  11. http://twitter.com/whmcs "Fulll database being leaked soon"
  12. I thought it went down as your posts went up, maybe not.
  13. We assign server costs to servers, but do the rest of our expenses in an in-house account platform.
  14. I jumped feet first into hosting using WHMCS knowing nothing about billing/provisioning, and three years later I think I turned out okay... kinda :3
  15. So to answer your question, yes - just have a dropdown redirect.
  16. You can, however, transfer domains from account to account for free with most registrars. Like if you start out with an Enom reseller account and want to move up to your own big boy account, you can bulk transfer those for free. But from registrar to registrar, I don't think this is possible.
  17. In order for them to "transfer" their domain to "your" registrar, you must have an account with the registrar (which, by definition, means that you would have the ABILITY to sell domains, but doesn't mean you have to). However, if your client's domain is hosted at another registrar, they can simply update their name servers with yours and won't have to "transfer" the domain at all. But, this won't be viable for people who registered their domain at another host and want to move completely away from them. We use Enom as our registrar, but I think WHMCS might have a freebie reseller account for a registrar they can give you... I don't know. Hope that makes sense. Tom
  18. Yeah, always move your template folder and not the entire installation. On that note, make sure you put all your CSS/Images/JavaScript inside your template folder so you can always move your template around in one piece instead of having to scurry around and find all your resources.
  19. $domain is a smarty variable, which would have been assigned via PHP... which is probably encrypted with Ioncube.... so I'm not sure if what you are trying to do is possible. If you could give some more details, maybe I could help you better?
  20. You can always import it through your DBMS, but you'll have to line the columns up with the table.
  21. You can already add a poll to your thread, just have two options: Yay/Nay. Ja?
  22. It's always the little things Hope you enjoy the software!
  23. Are you able to use the card elsewhere?
