Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 406 (Not Acceptable) http://www.ehjoz.com/billing/templates/default/css/bootstrap.css but when i check css older i see it ??????????? !!!

i change to default but i still see like i had missing css , but i sure that is there in the template folder

i had same problem , it;s like no css i sure that css file into the default template folder
