One favour please, I kindly request from you to keep this post clean from personal customisations as my design is not what the users seen on your screenshots and most of the times are confused with the final results. whiplash13 Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 I upgraded to 5.0.3 but this upgrade didn't include the updated Admin Dashboard tpl file for the Helpdesk tickets that was in the previous version. What a shame, it was a great skin. hes not lost the domain yet it is just on renewal hold. he has until 2 april 2012 to renew it, but as he has not been on this forum since Dec. 2011 i think he has packed up shop. looking at companies house for his ltd co OnWeb Solutions Int Ltd whose accounts were due on 4 march 2012 and are now overdue.
