Even in my new mod (Products & Reviews), I've added fields to categories and products for SEO titles (filenames). It let out to write the SEO rules for it and then I'll do the same for Forums. Online/Oflline works with hooks after user login and after user logouts. And finally I don't think that this is a bug, much more a serious bug. By default will be autogeneratin filename, but this field will be editable, so if you don't like it, you can just change it. If you like, you'll let is as is. Yes, I can offer a 20% discount. By going again to forum, I found the user to appear offline. So everything is working fine. If you're still seeing something different, then something is going wrong in your side.
