I'd recommend being very careful about using StripeXS. Understand their latest version(s) now take a % of every transaction processed instead of their original flat fee.

Bug: Domain sync results in duplicate domain invoices
DavidJ replied to DavidJ's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
Manual orders, transfers and other random items I imagine -- at once a day syncing it'd take us ~one year to run a full sync if it were executing once every 24 hours (which it was). More often should resolve it. It'd be handy if enomsync only outputted changes & domains that aren't found, vs. outputting a list of ~50+ domains each email -
Bug: Domain sync results in duplicate domain invoices
DavidJ replied to DavidJ's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
There we go, have ran the script ~95 times and finally have a relatively in sync database. If enomsync.php would use local database knowledge (sync items that lack an expiry date first) - instead of doing it haphazardly -- it'd likely take far less syncs -
Knowledgebase issues re: article & category creation
DavidJ posted a topic in Troubleshooting Issues
We've had an installation of whmcs since mid-to-late '07 and have run into a bug of sorts. Whenever we attempt to create a knowledgebase article or category -- it gets generated in the database but nothing shows up in either the administration section or public facing knowledgebase. We've blown away the kb related tables and regenerated them using the related sql queries from the 5.2.x installer with no luck: same bug/issue exists, with no error output. This same issue existed in prior versions but we had little need to use the kb as we still rely on the kayako knowledgebase. Any thoughts, or has anyone seen this prior? MySQL 5.x, php 5.3.x -
Bug: Domain sync results in duplicate domain invoices
DavidJ replied to DavidJ's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
That's probably a better question for WHMCS -- there's no legitimate reason that I can see for the dates to be out of sync. Nonetheless I'll set things to sync every four hours. Bandaids are fun -
We're using 5.2.3, though had this problem with earlier versions as well. It seems WHMCS uses the domain due date and generates invoices based on that date, however, given domain sync runs each night -- that changes. It seems that WHMCS is randomly generating invoices in duplicate for some of these domains that have their dates adjusted. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen this prior, and, is the only solution to disable domain sync?

In the interim, here's where you can report cPanel/whmcs to the BBB for lack of response: https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started

In the interim, here's where you can report cPanel/whmcs to the BBB for lack of response: https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started Upgrading a system from stable -> stable under a 'security release', imho, should not come with these sorts of issues. Inherently cpanel/whmcs doesn't have dev systems where they test things *either*. Don't blame the end-user for **************** code.

Same issue here, no fix yet & it's been 72 hours without a response from WHMCS.

My thought, color coded "invoice overdue" section or contribution. Large companies tend to have an awful lot of accounts receivable at any point in time, for example I've easily got 120 overdue invoices at the moment -- a large % of those accounts suspended as a result too though. My thought is the 'invoice overdue' section needs to color-code each line based on whether the related account or service is suspended or not. For example invoices that are overdue and the related service is suspended could appear red whereas unsuspended ones could be highlighted green to pick them out of the list. Just a thought.

You're not the only one experiencing it -- and I've updated my templates. On the other hand mine has been ongoing for awhile. Seems to not function on default but does fine on portal. Blah.
-
I've experienced similar issues -- attachments not working at all unless uploaded via the web form at all, so I'd 'second' this bug. Admittedly I'm on 3.4.x or so though.

This certainly would be a nice feature -- synchronization that is. With all of the transfers and other going ons -- things get out of sync. really quickly.

Good afternoon, I've recently begun having some problems with 'random' blank tickets. Every so often a client (generally almost always using MAC computers) will send in a ticket but it will be blank. The blank tickets normally only occur when the user has a / in their e-mail based on what I've been able to gauge. If it weren't so 'random' it wouldn't be a problem I'm utilizing version 3.3.0 at the moment with no intention on upgrading just yet, my theme is going to take an awful lot of work to import.

I'd also be interested in splitting the original development costs for access or release.

dgbaker, Not entirely certain. Right now I've got someone working on a Moneris eSelectPlus plugin / gateway for WHMCS. Hopefully it works, *crosses fingers* Otherwise I'll be stuck going with PSiGate, not that there's anything wrong with them but 24 hour deposits from Moneris sound delicious.

Very nice, thank you for the report I must admit I came into the thread thinking it was some sort of 'projection' system that would calculate some averages & 'guess' how much you would be making by such-and-such a date. But this is fairly nice, it's cool to have more details like on this report

Good afternoon, This I suspect is my second or third request. Admittedly, I'm a tad angry right now having to go into my MySQL database and search for random strings of text again because WHMCS doesn't support: 1. Searching the ticket system for ticket content, not just client ID / E-mail. 2. That WHMCS doesn't support showing all tickets from a specific e-mail address, no matter the status (It looks like it does -- but outputs blanks like your 60 year old grandpa) The rest of WHMCS is intuitive. Given that easy little 'client quick search' function & everything else in the system, you'd expect the support system to be equally as good. Ugh, it's horrible. I hope that Kayako integration script that's being developed pans out or I'm going to have to find a new solution as my company expands -- this ticket system is worthless. Please Matt, spend a few days using Kayako or any proper ticket system & come back with some ideas. There's only so much MySQL digging I can accept to find a client's phone number that is hidden away in some 3 month old ticket.

Does anyone have a list of all of the changes (eek, other than digging through changelogs) in the versions that would make this 'break', I guess? I'm trying to implement it.. it's gorgeous & is a worthy submission

Report: Improved Daily Performance v0.1
DavidJ replied to othellotech's topic in Third Party Add-ons
Ah, flawless now. I'm curious -- I'm trying to take the monthly_orders.php page & get a 'total' amount from it. I'm not having any luck, I'm sure it's something you could figure out in 2 seconds. I'm no good with code! Edit: Nevermind, I stole the information from the monthly transaction's "balance" page. <3 -

'subscriptionforward.php' -- problem, it doesn't forward
DavidJ replied to DavidJ's topic in Using WHMCS
Any thoughts on this one? -
Good evening folks, I'm having some trouble with subscriptionforward.php, when the client arrives at it (to order via paypal subscription) it doesn't forward them to paypal. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?
