I tried Freedcamp and it's great if you are working with teams. It was a bit too complex for my needs though, and I decided to go with ClickUp instead.
Hello,
I made some changes to the Expired Domain Notice template, clicked on save, went back to verify changes and the template is blank. I tried a few more times and the same thing happened.
I created a custom file with a similar name and information and the same thing happened.
Can anyone provide some insight as to what's going on? I am using 6.02.
Thanks,
Marcy
I would like to have a better understanding of how "add funds" works as well. I tried to apply it to a client's account who had paid extra to cover future invoices and an invoice was automatically generated and I couldn't figure out why.
WHMCS staff told me that the only way to update the signup date for a client is by editing the datecreated field in the tblclients table of the database directly using phpMyAdmin.
Yes, this is something that really bugs me. Anytime I am doing something where the dates may be affected, I have to move the dates up by 1 to reflect the actual dates I want to use. This is true for domain dates, invoice dates, quotes, etc. Can this be corrected anywhere so that the actual dates listed are the dates used?
I also imported several clients and they all have a signup date of 11/99. I would like to use the correct date when they signed up and have an accurate time for how long they've been clients.
Can someone tell me where you find the tables to edit?
TIA
So, if I understand you correctly, you're using RC and Enom to register and renew domains through WHMCS. Half of my clients are with RC and half with Enom and I was under the impression that you can't use two registrars with WHMCS.
I have some customers who want me to order domain names for them. With Enom, I ordered the domain, paid for it and then billed the customer. Can I do this with WHMCS and Directi?
