bear
Same here. I usually let the early adopters shake out any bugs first, and only update after some time has passed. Currently too much going on to consider the move.
scurrell
Same here. I usually let the early adopters shake out any bugs first, and only update after some time has passed. The biggest issue for us is the support tickets. Having to scroll down past the reply box and all the products/services just to read the ticket would be a right pain in the ar*e!
JLHC
I'm staying with version 3.8.2 until the new version of 4.1 is released. Version 4.0.x are just too unreliable in my opinion and I do not like the admin interface at all (even after reverting to the "Original" template).
tbenoit
Still at v3.8.2 here. We were going to update this month but now plan on updating after v4.1 is released.
penguin
We had a few issues after upgrading and had to roll back, therefore need some more time to spend on a test environment as all new orders stopped after the uprgade

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 9, 2009 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 9, 2009 Dude, version 4.0.2 is out! You'll need to contact us to sort out the upgrade as your version is so old you can't do it yourself any more. I'd strongly recommend because some security fixes have been made along the way.
xfactor80
The main reason why I am not upgrading is that we have a custom template ;( It would be too much work to upgrade everything without any bugs..
