HostOrca
That would depend on the exchange rate each month.
easyhosting
http://whmcs.com/order.php a monthly licence is between £9 to £13 a month depending on exchange rate, but in the UK if you do not have the funds in your paypal account in USD, some UK banks will charge you a conversion fee if funds are taken from your bank account/card even through Paypal. My bank charges £1.
thehost5968
Yes it does depending on exchange rate. But why when Copyright © WHMCS Ltd. 2005-2009. All Rights Reserved. UK Registered Company #6265962. Vat No. GB 927 7746 76 So if they are a UK Registered Company why the hell can a company from the UK Not pay in the good old pound.
DedicatedPros
Because WHMCS an international company, and the Dollar is considered an internation currency, though I think the Euro is slowly becoming more, and more popular. To be honest its not worth offering multiple currencies, my accountant would rip my head off if I brought invoices in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD etc. Its bad enough they're in EUR (they need to be converted to PLN and then taxed).
sparky
To be honest its not worth offering multiple currencies, my accountant would rip my head off if I brought invoices in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD etc. Its bad enough they're in EUR (they need to be converted to PLN and then taxed). Mainly for this reason I have tweaked mine so that any products can be shown in multiple currencies but once on the checkout page it is automaticaly converted back to AUD as this is the only currency I accept. It also makes the admin backend alot clearer having only 1 currency.
