WHMCS-cPanel Bridge Available For Download

Recommended Posts

as admin it will bring me to cPanel as it should but when I click on one of the new icons in cPanel I get that message as it is redirecting me back.
you would need to log into cpanel as a client, your admin account I am assuming is not within whmcs so it is correct that it does not find your account.... Log directly into a clients account in cPanel and see if it works from there...

I cannot copy it fast enough so I had to take a screen shot, I have attached it. What I did:

  1. Logged out of cPanel & WHMCS completely
  2. Logged into cPanel as a client
  3. Clicked one of the new links
  4. Got the error in the attachment
  5. Was redirected to client area
  6. Got error that the account was not found

I hope this helps. Is anyone else having any problems?

Take a look at the screenshots below...

This is what you should do :) HostGator's cPanel theme doesn't just have auto client login but also has a good looking domain registration area!

While hostgator is a pretty succesful company, their cpanel theme is about as bad as godaddy's cp. Extremely spammy. The domain registration part isnt a bad idea on their part, but there is so much other extra crap.

I've had problems installing it on a reseller account with hostgator. I've contacted HG support and they say I don't have access to add the bridge.php file. Adding the file to the theme folder doesn't work. The file can't be linked directly. Any ideas?

Hello,

We paid for a product that is no longer available in less then 90 days after purchase from this guy. During our investigation, we discovered some information and want to pass it on to those that are disgusted with this company selling a product and then running with our money without the modules even working now.

We discovered that he is affiliated with another hosting company. We have contacted Paypal regarding this matter and will be pursuing it.

Here is one of our Paypal transaction:

Business Name:Ichthys Media LLC (The recipient of this payment is Verified)

Email: admin@2iphost.com

Item Title: WHMCS Gold - Invoice #****

Date: Jun. 23, 2009

Time: 10:52:49 PDT

Status: Completed

Business Contact Information

Customer Service URL: http://www.2iphost.com

Customer Service Email: admin@2iphost.com

Customer Service Phone: 877-275-2475

Something else that is interesting is on Facebook (2iphost.com), Jimmy ** has been referenced regarding an account setup issue.

I did not make this post in the attempts to flame anyone. I made this post as I am concerned that this guy has taken my money and is no longer supporting the product that we purchased in good faith. The first product was purchased less than 3 months ago and the last less than 60 days ago; we have already placed a claim with Paypal regarding the latest purchase and are waiting for a reply from Paypal for the earliest one.

We have removed all references that received from whmcsgold.com from our servers.

Thanks for the information Recoil; however, why has the Licensor contacted his paid users is my question. As far as I can see, all of his sites are down that he uses in his signature:

WHMCSgold.com - SEOHN.NET - WebHostingBusinessBook.Com

Looking at the 2IP Facebook post, there is posts regarding WHMCSgold as recent as today. We are very concerned that this guys is out of business, therefore we have removed his modules from our servers.

To be honest I don't think what you did is practical at all... And I hate when people take this type of action. Let me ask you something; were you promised that he will support this product forever? And I'm pretty sure you can only file claims during the first 45 days after any transaction.

Hi DedicatedPro,

Thanks for your opinion; unfortunately, we have no other course of action except for buyer-beware. As you stated, Paypal Disputes are only good for 45 days.

In regards to support, the purchase of these modules were a one-time payment and no mention of an annual licensing agreement. This is not the first time that this module has gone offline.

I am very open in what other ways to take action with this person; all of the contact information is obsolete; email accounts are bouncing back, there is no place to submit a support ticket.

Again this post was not to flame him or his company, but we paid for a product that does not work and want it to work. I would hope that if you (anyone) were to lease a server at a DC and put it online, add clients to the server; then all of a sudden, the server goes offline and you cannot reach anyone; what would be the best resolution? (maybe a bad analogy)

Regards,
