sparky
Then why are people that have v4 asking for the rates to be auto-updated? I assumed because of the questions, that it must have a conversion table but that it is not auto-updated. There is a button in the configuration to update the exchange rates instantly and also a button to update all prices instantly. The rates and the prices also get automaticly updated with the daily cron run.
growe
Matt, is there anyway of getting the multicurrency to auto update from say yahoo or something? Yes updating the currency via a cron from yahoo or similar would be great. There is a button in the configuration to update the exchange rates instantly and also a button to update all prices instantly. The rates and the prices also get automaticly updated with the daily cron run. So, to set the record straight... you are saying v4 already has the functionality and no modifications are needed. Awesome!!! I can't wait to get my hands on it.

I can't wait to get my hands on it. Yes that is correct. I think people posting asking for automatic currency updating where wanting to use a different update site (yahoo), at present in v4, you have to use the service set by whmcs.

I am pretty sure (not using it yet myself), but didn't Matt say that you could use Yahoo, but it would require you hard coding in the location you wanted to use.....:

scurrell
This is a production site and we need this working ASAP. Then perhaps you should have waited for the full release instead of installing the RC in a production environment.

baileysemt
Are you having any trouble with your admin cron? My invoices should have generated on the 24th and didn't. Nor have they any day since. When I try to run it manually, I get a weird error, TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /home/dcn/public_html/support/templates_c/jpgb3l2gY There is no such beast in my distro, so I don't know what to do with that. Hrmmmm. Bailey

rodney
Can I get a screen shot of the ticket area in the admin area? That is the part we hope really improves our workflow. It is tough for our team to be answering close to a 1000 tickets a day in this.

MACscr
Honestly, im not impressed at all with the new admin area. To much scrolling and its not that great on the eyes. Havent looked over the feature list lately, but hopefully we can clean up the gui a bit through css.
jozeph
Just use the 'original' template. There are two folders in templates insite admin. You can still using the old version without any problem.
