fetish-hosting
Hi I have been getting this all the time and have reported it a while back - it comes back almost instantly with the error message so I dont think it is even trying to communicate with Enom regards Ian
hanguyen
The strange thing is that no one here report this problem, i wonder if they have no problem or they never refill their account ? Yes, looks like there is no communication with enom credit card processor , always the same message "your transaction has been approved" I've pm the owner of this script but still not receive answer from him
SilverNodashi
I refill our account with a credit card, and it works fine every time.
simplybe
I did have a problem with this module the other day. It seems that i was unable to connect to enom for a short period. During this time I was unable to login to whmcs admin because the admin page was trying to get the enom data and causing high load on the server. I had to ftp in and remove the module from the homepage.tpl to gain access to whmcs admin. The problem cleared up 20 mins later but having the admin page load data from enom can slow whmcs down and in rare cases prevent you access. It would be better if the data was not updated each time you load the admin page but instead use the previous data and give us a update button.

Enom is notoriously slow, and that's why we decided to remove the enom stuff from the admin page. Pity, because it was really handy.

I really like the sound of that, and it would certainly help streamline the resources used. Any chance of this being added to the module?

I, too, am a bit frustrated by the same issue so would like to add my support for this request, whilst otherwise delighted with this excellent module.

I would prefer this update method as well.

Sure this could be done and I will make sure it is when I release the next one. I will probably make it an option as I do not experience this delay with eNom connections and my guess is there are others as well. I just want to be clear that we are talking about the WHMCS admin homepage and not the eNom Extended Home Page. Gustave
simplybe
Hi, Yes the whmcs admin homepage - homepage.tpl. I guess the delay will vary on your location. My servers are all in the uk and I find enom slow at the best of times.
scurrell
My servers are all in the uk and I find enom slow at the best of times. Same here. In fact, the more "improvements" they make to the site the slower it gets.
redrat
Hi Gustave. Yes, I can also confirm it is just the Admin home page.
othellotech
My servers are all in the uk and I find enom slow at the best of times. I'd suggest thats an issue with your servers or network provider then, we have many thousands of domains with enom, as well as multiple WHMCS installations, all accessing eom 24/7 without any timing issues at all.
simplybe
looks like we are all wrong then ! enom is really fast and all our networks and servers are slow.
blot
looks like we are all wrong then ! enom is really fast and all our networks and servers are slow. I agree and if interested I can point you in the right direction for better providers.
ChrisGooding
I agree and if interested I can point you in the right direction for better providers. I am quite sure many of us on here could.... though I think that would be better left for off the forum Obviously connection speeds to enom will vary from server to server, depending on time of day, location, server config etc etc BOT.... Obviously having the option to update on requirement, as opposed to every home page load just makes sense. Lets be honest, there are quite a few of us on here who are quite large companies, and our enom/SRS accounts still don't change every 10 seconds. I mean, what do you really need to see that will be so time critical that pressing a button will make it too late to see?
simplybe
I agree and if interested I can point you in the right direction for better providers. Nice first post, welcome to the forums. I would gladly take your advice on providers but after being in business 9 years I think I will stick to what I know. Enom is slow at times and i'm not just talking about connections from a server, there are also times when going directly to enom.com is slow. An update button would be much appreciated by us folks running our business from a cyrix 133mhz (mx enabled) server.
othellotech
BOT.... Obviously having the option to update on requirement, as opposed to every home page load just makes sense. The obvious answer to that is what are you loading the homepage/dashboard for ? I see it *maybe* once per day ...
Vincent Vega
"The encoded file /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx.xxx/httpdocs/client/modules/admin/enom_extended/include/globallib.php is corrupt." Does not work
ChrisGooding
Did you upload it in binary mode? If not try re-uploading it in binary mode, to see if it was corrupted during upload. If not try re-downloading a fresh set of files.
Vincent Vega
Just the deault mode, everything works in that mode. Except this addon. New set of tiles does change anything (it was a new set).

You need to upload in binary, change your FTP client to binary mode when uploading the files for thid mod. If you do not upload in binary it will not work. zippohosting
Hi, Where can I find the complete package that is working - the latest release? With instructions? It seems like a great product and a lot of work has gone into it. Thanks
