Thanks for the tip on thread tools.

I went to the wiki for servers, and tried it with my nameservers as listed with my registrar (I am using my registrar's nameservers) with no luck.

Then I deleted those and used the nameservers in my welcome email and still no good.

The http, ftp and pop3 status have always worked, but not server load or uptime (not available) and the php info link goes to a 404 (while I can load the link into my browser: http://www.jedsweb.com/status/ and get a page with: "0.69 6 Days 07:44:29 5.2.8 5.0.67 2.2.0".

:?

In whmcs control panel it asks for: Access Hash

(Instead of password

for cPanel servers)"

right now I have my username and pwd entered with cpanel selected, could be the prob? If so, how do I find/get the access hash:?:

Your php info link is showing a 404 as you are missing the trailing slash at configuration > servers > edit > Server Status Address.

You get the hash (Remote Access Key) in WHM.

OK, now everything works except php info is a blank white page

Edit status/index.php

Uncoment the line below to allow users to view PHP Info for your

server. This potentially allows access to information a malicious

user could use to find weaknesses in your server.

*/

phpinfo();

Personally this is what I have thought all along, I have uploaded my own copy of phpinfo (to check for the ioncube loader) but I took it right back down.

Looks to me the best option is to edit out the phpinfo button from serverstatus.tpl.

Done: http://www.jedsweb.com/whmcs/serverstatus.php
