  1. I never saw the admin menu option: Utilities > Update WHMCS and was using a custom admin template. For that reason I couldn't set the "Update channel" or "temporary update path". So, I set my admin template back to "blend" and now saw the Utilities > Update WHMCS menu item and was able to configure the "Update channel" and "temporary upgrade path". Update check now works correctly. After that I deleted my custom admin template, made a copy of the "blend" template, then set that as my admin template.
  2. The official support method is to submit a ticket. Please try that to get support.
  3. Yes very easy. Just submit a ticket with HG and they will update your license for the new IP.
  4. Posting 3 times in one hour won't get you help any faster. Please have some patience.
  5. I suggest you lodge a ticket with WHMCS. Then you can describe in detail your problem.
  6. Please explain how you set this up. Someone is more likely to help if you describe what you did, and where you see these errors.
  7. The page you link to specifies the purpose to be: This command is used to send an email to a customer. If you wish to create a webpage with a form for anonymous users to send email to others, you will need to code such a page. Just be prepared for all the spammers to find your page which will then get your server blacklisted.
  8. If you view the source code, you will see this line in the admin home page. <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.google.com/jsapi"></script> No need to decrypt it, just read the contents of that link.
  9. Google can't possibly "log in" to your admin panel.
  10. The default location of your image is templates/*name of the template you are using*/img/
  11. Then please don't post in the Bug sub forum. Please post in the Technical Issues and Questions sub forum instead.
  12. This thread is close to four years old, and the forum user that you are asking hasn't been on this forum since June 2011.
  13. Please don't post attack code, instead send it in a ticket to whmcs.
  14. It doesn't. Did you fill in the "Product Description" on the Details tab of the product?
  15. So you paid for hosting, and paid for whmcs, yet expect domains to be free? You need to have money available in you account to sell the domains when your customers order them. Why is that so far fetched?
  16. If you are going to be using the software, buy it. Why would you even contemplate a nulled version?
  17. 1. Best to check the documentation regarding customization. WHMCS isn't a static site. http://docs.whmcs.com/ 2. You can't have the site on a local computer without a developers license. Contact WHMCS via a ticket to enquire about that.
  18. Yep, I got the email as well. Interesting world we live in isn't it? Morons like this think this is perfectly normal business practice. WHMCS, please ban this idiot from the forum and give him a stern finger pointing.
  19. Can't see how your question relates to this thread... but... full cpanel backups contain everything for that cpanel account. However, if you don't have cpanel on your VPS, you will have an challenging time getting everything working again. Why didn't you get cpanel on your new server?
  20. Add extra registrars in the same way that you added the first one.
  21. There are only two choices: 1. Leave the branding as is 2. Pay to have it removed
