Rick67
I am using Hostgator with cPanel. Hostgator says they do not have a http://www.hostgator.com/status page to enter into the Servers configuration page. Has anyone setup this configuration with Hostgator and if so, could you send me a screen shot of the server configuration page? Thanks!

bear
forgot to subscribe:roll: No need to double post (merged), just look at the top for "Thread tools". Try this: http://wiki.whmcs.com/Servers
jeds
Thanks for the tip on thread tools. I went to the wiki for servers, and tried it with my nameservers as listed with my registrar (I am using my registrar's nameservers) with no luck. Then I deleted those and used the nameservers in my welcome email and still no good. The http, ftp and pop3 status have always worked, but not server load or uptime (not available) and the php info link goes to a 404 (while I can load the link into my browser: http://www.jedsweb.com/status/ and get a page with: "0.69 6 Days 07:44:29 5.2.8 5.0.67 2.2.0". In whmcs control panel it asks for: Access Hash (Instead of password for cPanel servers)" right now I have my username and pwd entered with cpanel selected, could be the prob? If so, how do I find/get the access hash:?: Edited April 5, 2009 by jeds

You get the hash (Remote Access Key) in WHM.

striddy
OK, now everything works except php info is a blank white page Edit status/index.php Uncoment the line below to allow users to view PHP Info for your server. jeds
Edit status/index.php This potentially allows access to information a malicioususer could use to find weaknesses in your server. Personally this is what I have thought all along, I have uploaded my own copy of phpinfo (to check for the ioncube loader) but I took it right back down. Looks to me the best option is to edit out the phpinfo button from serverstatus.tpl. Done: http://www.jedsweb.com/whmcs/serverstatus.php
