Need Help - Migrate Kayako Helpdesk Tickets to WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Hello,

We are moving away from Kayako Helpdesk and planning to use the integrated WHMCS helpdesk and knowledgebase.  I can get a full MySQL DB dump from Kayako for the migration.

We are looking for quotes from integrators that can help with the migration.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or are interested.

Thanks, Jessie

@DNN4Less

Hi Jessie,

We specialize in WHMCS development and can assist with migrating your Kayako Helpdesk data, including tickets, users, and knowledgebase content, into the built-in WHMCS support system.

If you’re interested, please submit a custom development request through our website so we can provide a tailored quote:

👉 https://whmcms.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=6

Feel free to include your MySQL dump or any specific migration goals in the request. We’ll get back to you promptly.

Looking forward to working with you!

Hi Jessie,

Yes, we can migrate your existing Kayako ticketing data to the WHMCS default ticketing system. Please contact us here for further discussion https://whmcsglobalservices.com/whmcs-custom-development/

Thanks

Hello Jessie! We have experience with similar transitions, and would be more than happy to assist you with importing your Kayako data into WHMCS.

Please feel free to share any specific requirements or expectations you may have for the migration using this request form. We'll gladly provide both a quote and timeline based on that.
