WHMCS has been made aware by Open-Xchange of a Service Degradation which is impacting OX Cloud.

We'd like to inform you that we detected an OX Cloud service degradation. We are already investigating what the root cause and the impact of this incident.

We are investigating backend issues that are affecting latency and login issues on the platform.
