sol2010
How do we completely remove or disable Sitejet? We have absolutely no need for it and our customers do not need to see it at all. So what's the best way of disabling / removing site jet ?
MENKI
Hello, I have exactly the same problem! Why do all of my customers suddenly see this in the customer panel? Where can I deactivate this? Greetings
Damo
Are you using cPanel servers? Make sure to disable (uncheck) SiteJet from all plan feature sets.
WHMCS Technical Analyst WHMCS JoshQ Posted August 10 WHMCS Technical Analyst Share Posted August 10 @Damo's suggestion is correct. The presence of Sitejet within WHMCS is dependent on its being enabled on any connected cPanel / Plesk servers. If you do not want to offer Sitejet to your customers, disable the feature on your cPanel / Plesk servers. If WHMCS does not detect that Sitejet is supported, then it will not display anything related to Sitejet. Hope this helps 🙂
Web Host Pro
I don't want Sitejet links in WHMCS, but I want them in cPanel still. How do I do this? The Sitejet links in WHMCS do not work right and look horrible.
