Error Moving Security protection folders from Public Html

Dear Support,

Am doing best practices for security control for whms by moving downloads, crons, template_c  files out of public_html folder, after moving everything correctly and also changing the file directory I am getting this error attempting to change the directory for new directory.

"Failed to migrate 1 objects. File copy failed:

Once the issue is resolved, migration will continue automatically."

For "/home/user/downloads

Failed to migrate 1 objects. File copy failed: 306534_cpanel-logo-tiny.png

Once the issue is resolved, migration will continue automatically."

And For: /home/username/attachments
