DigiCert App - Oops

Hi,

I have an active install of the DigiCert App, but now on the front-end of the WHMCS, this page:

I get this error:

Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request

Backend seems fine.

Any Ideas?

Please go to Configuration > System Settings > Other and enable Display Errors. Then open up that page it tells you the error

Make sure that directory is writeable and in your admin section, go to Utilities > System > System Cleanup and clear the template cache

Is this a custom template? First check to make sure via FTP or file manager that the templates_c folder is actually being cleared after performing Utilities > System > System Cleanup and clear the template cache

Otherwise, check this actual template file (not the cache template file): nav.tpl.php:55

You have a syntax error on line 55 within that file. Maybe missing a bracket or quote

@Evolve Web Hosting Thanks, i thought 777 was no good, but thought i would try it.  Back to 755.  

We are using a custom template, and the rest of the site/products works just fine. you can see it here:

I did a search in File Manager for nav.tpl.php:55, and did not see it. I also looked in our custom template dir, named "ux" and did not see a nav.tpl

Sorry, but I am not sure how to tell if the cache is being cleared.  There are a lot of files in this dir.

I am not asking you to give me access but I think in order to troubleshoot further, I or someone else you trust would need to have access to your files to look further into this.

The :55 is a line number, I believe. In your example above, it's there. 
The nav.tpl is only about 46 lines in the templates folder, so perhaps downloading that file from the cache and seeing if it's more than 55 lines and seeing what it does on that line. Sounds like it's trying to count something that's not countable. Needs to be an array, usually.

thanks! I did find it, i was looking in the r=wrong place... but found this file:

also the whole file is 79 lines.

Can you show us nav.tpl in your custom template? The nav.tpl in six and twenty-one don't reference count anywhere.

I believe the issue is around this btw in nav.tpl:

@leemahoney3 Hi, actually @Evolve Web Hosting helped me out through DM.  It was old files that I had in my custom template that were causing the issue.  They were files from when i built the custom theme 4 years ago.  I had not updated them, and I had certain files in there that were not needed as it was drawing from a parent template. All good, thanks. I apologize, I should have followed up here yesterday...
