Unable to email WHMCS sales team via the website

raybot

Question

Trying to send and email via the following link just does nothing: https://www.whmcs.com/contact/

This is my predicament:

Good day I have a very old version. When I look inside the index.php file I see the following info Version 4.1.1.

After an upgrade by HostGator to a newer version of PHP 7.4 I've received an error related to ioncube unable to process the PHP file. I've never registered an account with you and make use of HostGator CPanel.

What do I need to do to open a ticket with you?

Hi @raybot,

You'll need to update your WHMCS installation to a version which will operate on PHP 7.4: https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Environment_Guide#Version_Compatibility_2

Instructions to update WHMCS are available at https://docs.whmcs.com/Updating_WHMCS_Manually

For technical support questions like this, please login to your account at https://www.whmcs.com/members/ and submit a ticket to technical support.

I've confirmed that our sales contact form at https://www.whmcs.com/contact/  is operating normally.

It seems that the link you provided to contact WHMCS is not working. You can try reaching out to their support team through their official website by visiting https://www.whmcs.com/support/ and clicking on the "Submit a Ticket" button. From there, you can create a new account and submit a ticket with your inquiry. Make sure to provide as much detail as possible, including the error message you received, to help their support team assist you more efficiently.
