Cowboy
A client is asking me for an account statement for their financial year end. Where do they find this? Where do I find it if they can't access it?
ManagedCloud-Hosting
There was a Free Statement Module which worked fine but now it shows error - Account Statement By Russ Michaels TCPDF ERROR: Unable to create output file: /home/******/subdomain.mydomain.com/modules/addons/accountStatement/attachments/Account_Summary_112_2021-07-08_04-21-44.pdf
steven99
That module appears to work in 8.1, at least in my dev install . I used the version at https://bitbucket.org/russmichaels/whmcs_account_statement/src/master/ that Russ FOSS'd . That error sounds like it could be a permissions issue on the attachments directory .
ManagedCloud-Hosting
Hi @steven99 yes it is indeed as I checked with another WHMCS installation and it worked fine , thanks.
SeanP
Does anyone still have a copy of this module? Apparently bitbucket deleted the account, so it is no longer available for download.
lulzkiller
In real life. What you want to do is only to use WHMCS to create the invoices. Then you link your WHMCS with a real account software, and you send the account statement from the real accounting software. WHMCS is not an accounting software, and cannot be used like it. Yes you can "make some" features act like it is, but it will never be a complete accounting software.
