Hi, 

If you are using the MarketConnect suite and the SSL is an add-on to a hosting account within WHMCS then we can automatically configure and install the SSL. 

If you believe your SSL meets these criteria and still isn't automatically configuring or installing then open a ticket with our Marketplace team and we will get back to you.
