I am looking to connect with current users of the WHMCS - Quick Books Online Sync module users, with the hope if understanding a few basic pre usage issues.

Does anyone out there use this module?

With the new Beta version of WHMCS 8.0 on the loose, we are going to great lengths to make all our modules work spotlessly in the updated system, and this can only mean diligent compatibility tests followed by the set of refreshments introduced to each product. As a matter of fact, quite a few of them are already confirmed to work flawlessly in the Beta environment, these are:
Asterisk VoIP Center For WHMCS - v1.2.16 Client Area Designer For WHMCS - v1.1.6 Client Area Popup For WHMCS - v1.2.6
We have ensured several ways for you to easily supervise the ongoing progress:
Monitor daily the official Forums thread – this is the go-to place to find out the compatibility status of any module available in our offer. Enter our Product Marketplace and seek products labelled with the green “WHMCS V8.0” tag. Follow closely our Facebook and Twitter profiles as we issue regular posts on each new version of our software.
On a further note, please bear in mind the WHMCS V8.0 release is yet in the Beta phase. We strongly advise you to refrain from installing any of our modules in this new environment until they receive due optimizations.

WHMCS Secure Credentials is a free add-on module that will provide a secure area for your customers to share sensitive information with your support team. Most WHMCS users use a simple text box for users to enter details about their services, this looks unprofessional and does not promote your business as caring about your user's data. With WSC Free & WSC Pro, users can enter details into the secure form. The details are then encrypted and held in your database. You can use the dedicated form to search for the user's login credentials by using the ticket number at which point they will be decrypted and displayed to you or view your customer's sensitive information directly from the WHMCS ticket interface. The end-user can choose to remove the details or, once the ticket has been marked as completed and closed the module will remove the details from your database automatically.

Key Features WSC Free - Ideal for Web Host's

      What is FAQs Manager?
The frequently asked questions FAQs manager for WHMCS allows admins, with appropriate permissions, to create question and answer pairs which they want displayed on the faq page. With FAQs manager you can create an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section for your website, thus making it more valuable for clients. With the help of FAQs manager, you can provide your client with a well-designed and informative FAQ section. With the help of the FAQ Ask feature, it is possible to allow client to ask a question which will be queued for an admin to answer. Once answered, the question and answer will appear on the FAQ page. This is only available when using FAQ categories.
      Why do you need it?
Frequently asked questions, or FAQ for short, are fairly common on websites these days. A good FAQ page can help in reducing the number of support requests for basic questions. Whenever I need help on a website, the first thing I look for is the FAQ page before I contact them. Our FAQ is a powerful and easy to work and configure instrument, which helps to create and add a unit with the most frequently asked questions with answers on your website. An informative module with the easiest interface will help you to tell extensive info about your offers, focus visitors’ attention on their benefits and eliminate misconceptions and suspicions, which can influence a buying decision.
      How it works?
After installing the FAQs manager module, the admin can setup the module and manage how it going to work. From the configuration the admin can enter the number of questions to display in FAQ home page. Also, admin can add FAQ home page description and image URL the image will be used in social media sharing. For social media sharing we included AddThis share buttons and disqus comments for categories. The FAQs manager come with multi language and admin can select the languages he wants to use. Also, the admin can allow registered clients to submit questions the admin will receive an email notification about the question request and admin can approve the question and add an answer from the module page also the admin can allow only registered client view the FAQ page
      Features
Create FAQs with single categories Number of questions to display in FAQ home page Customize the order and organization of the FAQ Multi language questions and answers Allow registered clients to submit questions Allow only registered clients view the FAQ Email notification if new question submitted WYSIWYG editor for FAQs AddThis share buttons Disqus comments for categories Search engine friendly URLs Facebook and twitter meta tags Unlimited questions inside every category Mobile optimized for smooth experience Changelog

      Hello all
I'm surprised that this doesn't appear to be have been quoted / commented on more than it has, as I'd suspect it affects far more than just the handful to raise their hands so far.
When a client is logged into their WHMCS-based account, they have the ability to SSO to their cPanel-based account, a great hand-off from one platform to another. Unfortunately what doesn't happen is the domain name remaining the same - so client starts their journey at https://myhostingbrand.com/client and then is passed into cPanel at https://servername.myresellerbrand.com:2083
This breaks the whitelabelling nature of being a reseller and exposes domain names that can lead to confusion with the end client.
@WHMCS Peter has documented that this is possible, and a Feature request has been created.
If you also experience this (or even if you don't!) it would be great to get the "I like this idea" count up and try to bring this development forward, so that everyone who uses WHMCS with cPanel can enhance the reselling experience for their clients.
      Thanks
      Matt

Since upgrading to version 7.8.3, a lot of robot accounts have suddenly appeared, using confusing names and various email addresses.

I have opened the verification code in the background management interface, but there are still robots to register and cannot be completely blocked. Please give a solution.
