evotz
Is there a way to include the service domain name in the the cancellation request email? I tried adding {$service_domain} to the New Cancellation Request email template, but that doesn't seem to work. {$service_product_description} doesn't appear to work here either.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi @evotz In the admin email template (New Cancellation Request), no, in the client confirmation email (Cancellation Request Confirmation), yes, using {$service_domain}
evotz
So, no way for an admin to know what domain name is being referenced without logging into WHMCS?

I suppose the hook could open a ticket instead and that would generate an email. ... but if you're only getting occasional cancellations, it might just be easier to login to WHMCS. 🙂
