ThiagoBR_
Dear, are you all right? I have a problem with my WHMCS. Could someone help me? I had enabled the reCAPTCHA of Google, until theneverything well! Everything working a wonder! But whenentering the admin panel today I come across the followingmessage: "ERROR for site owner: invalid site key." With that I am unable to access the panel! Is there any way tomake this removal or change without accessing thedashboard?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @ThiagoBR_ this error indicates that you have not added your domain against the site key in the reCAPTCHA portal, adding this will resolve the issue.
Mark Coates
I have an issue similar to this although the google recapture does not seem to show at all even when all of the information has been added. The only one i can get is the standard/default one .

The only one i can get is the standard/default one . did you generate a new v2 (invisible) key @ Google ? that's what I had to do many months ago on the v7.7 dev to ensure invisibility was a working option. https://docs.whmcs.com/Google_reCAPTCHA the old v2 tickbox keys won't work for invisibility and it needs it's own key.

WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Lawrence Posted July 9, 2019 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted July 9, 2019 If your template is only showing the default captcha, that means it hasn't been updated for the changes needed for captcha in WHMCS 7.7 and having your developer correct that should resolve it: https://docs.whmcs.com/Version_7.7.0_Release_Notes#Template_Changes
