snofire Posted March 13, 2019 Share Posted March 13, 2019 Hi. I am running into an error that I cant seem to fix. After the person makes their selection and continues on from the shopping cart to paypal, it will start to direct them to Payl and then they get "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." This is happening the majority of the time from US and Canadian users. steven99 Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 Make sure you're providing the correct email in the paypal gateway settings and that email has been verified by paypal. Also, if you have multiple email addresses verified in paypal and you are using a secondary address, try the primary address to see if that helps.
