Chad Posted August 2, 2018 Share Posted August 2, 2018 After upgrading to 7.6, I utilized the Maxmind features added. I added my license key, which matches my email/key in my Maxmind account. I get this error on new orders, attached. My settings are also attached. WHMCS ChrisD Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 @Chad Just checking did you update your UserID Key? The error seems to indicate that MaxMind can not authenticate you. Your configuration will be automatically updated when upgrading a WHMCS installation from WHMCS 7.5 or earlier to WHMCS 7.6. However, one additional configuration is required to allow fraud checking to continue. The new User ID configuration parameter must be set for API Authentication to succeed.
