Thanks for your reply...i have tried what i saw there but the issue is that sometimes it will display normally but sometimes it will show that error.

I have not seen this issue appear intermittently before. I would recommend opening a ticket so one of our Technical Analysts can take a closer look. Please be sure to include WHMCS login details, and FTP/cPanel access as well as any URL's you've noticed this issue occur on.

Hello thanks for your reply ..the link you sent to me the first time i posted the issues took me to a page where i found the solution..it said i should display error in whmcs admin..by doing that i noticed that my php memory limit is just 30 MB and for whmcs at least it should be 64MB as soon as i changed it the website displayed back.Thanks for your support.

Hello am having issues in my WHMCS client area..i activated whmcs market connect on my site so SSL was among website and security but when they click on SSL page it goes to this page https://theprofessionalhost.com/index.php/store/ssl-certificates same as download, announcement,knowledge base, email, websiyte builder..those pages does not show anything they only show the header and footer of my website

the store files are probably missing from your custom template - if you look at your site using the Six template, then they are there.

the solution will likely be to copy the 'store' folder from the "six" template to the "gigatick" template and then see if it works... if it doesn't, then it will be down to Gigatick's developers to fix it.

It depends what control panel you use https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/increase-the-php-memory-limit.587627/ provides some guidence for cPanel
