We have launched our new module for all WHMCS users "Account Statement WHMCS Module". Now you can allow your customers to download their custom account statements from the client area only.

How Account Statement WHMCS Module helps Web hosting companies?

  1. Avoid repetitive accounts statement requests from your customers by allowing them to download their account statement for the desired time frame via their account panel.
  2. Admin can send Bulk Account Statements to their customers by selecting a specific time frame provided in the backend.
  3. Admin can schedule auto account statements via email to all their customers monthly, quarterly, annually or on a specific day.
  4. Admin can easily manage the fonts, paper size of the account statement PDF from the backend admin panel.
  5. Admin can now set the type of invoice (whether paid or unpaid) that he/she wants to show to the customers via account statement.

We have launched another version of our Account Statement Module. The upgraded version is 2.0.1. 

We just fixed minor bugs that are reported by our users. 

 

1. Minor Bug Fixes

> Date Format Syncing Issues Fixed.

> License Check Issues Resolved.

 

2. Improvements

> Revised A4 PDF print size according to the GDPR policy.

Account Statement WHMCS Module V 2.0.4 Released

We have released a new update, of our account statement module, this new update fixed some compatibility issues with the new WHMCS 7.7.

Account Statement WHMCS Module V 2.0.6- 2.0.8 Released

We have released a new update, of our WHMCS account statement module, this new update brings in the compatibility with the latest WHMCS 7.8 version. 

 

Here is the detailed Changelog for the same: 

V 2.0.6 Changelog (WHMCS 7.7.x Or Below)

New Features Added:

  • Added invoice PDF footer section text area in Account Statement module setting to manage the footer section text.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed "Statementdd" text issue in template 2 PDF of account statement
  • Fixed logo overlapping with client address in account statement PDF
  • Fixed Invalid start and end dates(i.e 1-1-1970) showing on the account statement PDF.
  • Fix bank details text truncation issue on PDF template 2.
  • Fixed the start date and end date input's drop-down date picker that was not showing at client area page.

 

V 2.0.8 Changelog (WHMCS 7.8 Or Above)

  • Module Is Now Compatible with WHMCS 7.8 - 7.8.1
  • All changes as mentioned in V 2.0.6 changelog.

We are pleased to announce the new update of account statement  v3.0.6 with improvement & bug fixing.

Improvements :

1. show the debit as credit applied + unpaid invoices
2. Display client name after the company name
3. Display client Postal code
4. Display client country name instead of country code
5. Added a Credit Balance in the new line after the amount due.


Bug fixes:

1. Increased the size of the logo
2. Increased the size of the date column
3. Increased the space of the amount column
4. Increased the space of the Status  column
5. Added language variable" Credit Applied to Invoice"

We are delighted to share that we have released the new version of our Account Statement Module. The latest version v3.0.8 comes with major improvements and bug fixes.

So im using this module, and it works, its okay and delivers what promised. Only thing thats a bit annoying is, first of all the language file was encoded, they did provide an unencoded language file when asked for it. And somehow even i pay this yearly, i was not able to DL the latest version, had to ask for this as well.  So it gives what is promised and the support team is acting ok fast on what "should be normal" but isen't.

I give 3.5 stars out of 5, would have been 5 if i had not needed to write twice to get what was expected 🙂
