LiteSpeed Lisa
Hello! My company is looking for an addon that would allow our support team to collect login credentials from users, separately from the tickets. We would like to be able to delete the sensitive information without having to delete anything from the ticket itself once the issue is resolved. A colleague tells me something like this is in use already at WHMCS.com - can you tell us what addon you are using? Thanks in advance, Lisa Clarke

agentblack
We'd love to use that module but they still have not updated it to 7.5 yet. They keep doing everything else BUT that module.
wsa
On you sure I see some clients use it on 7.5
WHMCS ChrisD
@agentblack it might be worth reaching out to @HardSoftCode to check their plans to upgrade, the module may still work with 7.5 you may just need to use PHP 5.6 or 7.0 instead of 7.1/7.2
HardSoftCode
Hi guys The ticket sensitive data module has been updated to support WHMCS v7.5+ and PHP v7+ we just did not updated the product page yet @agentblack the update we talked about on twitter is not for supporting WHMCS v7.5 it's a new update for some new features that our clients requested
agentblack
@HardSoftCode thank you for providing that clarification. Tried reaching out to you guys on twitter and through your website but received no responses. Additionally your website created an error upon submission of a contact us form. Knowing this information, we will proceed. Thank you!
