glenn
Hello, When checking the 'domains renewal' page, I'm seeing following errors in the console: Uncaught TypeError: WHMCS.utils.getRouteUrl is not a function at recalculateRenewalTotals (scripts.min.js?v=294fde:1) at renew:1730 scripts.min.js?v=294fde:2 Uncaught TypeError: WHMCS.utils.getRouteUrl is not a function at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (scripts.min.js?v=294fde:2) at HTMLButtonElement.dispatch (scripts.min.js?v=294fde:2) at HTMLButtonElement.$.handle (scripts.min.js?v=294fde:2) I also see that clicking the button 'Add to cart' doesn't do anything, nothing is added in the 'Order summary'. The patch for friendly URL's has already been implemented. Regards, Glenn
Administrators WHMCS John Posted April 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2018 Hi @glenn, This error is resolved by this hotfix: If you have a custom template or order form template, be sure to copy the updated files from the hotfix across to those. glenn
I already had the hotfix applied but still got the error. Upon checking further it appeared to be a browser caching issue. After clearing temporary browser files it seems to be working fine.
