Hi @Malith Perera,

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced an issue. Please enable the Setup > General Settings > Other tab > Log Errors and MySQL Debug options.

Then reproduce the problem, and check the Utilities > Logs > Activity Log for any errors.

Once you've finished troubleshooting, don't forget to switch those options off.
