Getting 500 Error after submitting the package request

I have a problem regarding a 500 Error:

"HTTP Error:22/The requested URL returned error: 500 Internal Server Error at https://www.********/clienti/cart.php?a=checkout&systpl=six&submit=true&custtype=new&loginemail=&loginpassword=&firstname=ala&lastname=bala&email=gabriel%40seo-factory.ro&phonenumber=0760000000&companyname=&address1=adresa&address2=&city=bucuresti&state=bucuresti&postcode=&country=RO&customfield%5B1%5D=&customfield%5B2%5D=&customfield%5B3%5D=&customfield%5B4%5D=&password=1234&password2=1234&paymentmethod=mailin&ccinfo=new&cctype=Visa&ccnumber=&ccstartdate=&ccissuenum=&ccexpirydate=&cccvv=&cccvvexisting=¬es=&accepttos=on"

I recently installed a SSL certificate and tried to convert all the links from http to https.

The order appear in my WHMCS dashboard but I don't receive email notifications anymore. Anyone have any idea?

Error 500 is an server related error, could you please check your server error logs and see if there is a specific error message appearing?

In my case, Most of time I got 500 error because of lack of enough RAM for per process or RAM so first increase PHP memory limit.

Checking error log is good option.

When you say you tried to convert all the links from http:// to https:// - what did you do precisely?

In WHMCS all you need to do is update the Setup > General Settings > WHMCS System URL. Nothing else should be required.
